A. You may not ask the TSP to distribute a partial, fixed amount in monthly payments without also asking that the remainder of your account be distributed, but you may request fixed dollar monthly payments and then reduce those payments later to as little as $25 per month, which might allow you to accomplish nearly the same effect.
