Q. I am considering a Roth Rollover from my TSP to my external Roth account…Due to my circumstance I will not incur a penalty nor will I have any tax liability. What, if any, other consequences should I consider in making this decision?A. You need to weigh the higher costs of the IRA and the loss of access to the G Fund against the tax savings.
